Med-Limes “on The Borders of the Mediterranean” is a series of International Short film, promoted by FONMED, which will be held in Salerno on 15-17 may, 2025.
Now in its eighth edition, the review addresses the crucial issues related to the knowledge of the different cultures bordering on the shores of the Mediterranean, inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals of the united nations.
Through independent short films, the event aims to:
Use the medium of film to spread the knowledge of different cultures and identities that coexist in the mediterranean area;
Get to know the productions of minors, the works of up and coming directors who have great cultural value;
Put the focus on the themes of 17 SDG's, and to spread the principles and commitments needed to achieve them.
Med-Limes “on The Borders of the Mediterranean,” is addressed to the peoples of the Mediterranean, but in a broader sense, to all the peoples of the world. Especially the younger generations that it is necessary to educate the themes of knowledge, and then to the respect for others and the environment.
